The holiday's ending.
Deadlines looming.
Assignments pending.

Coffee consuming.
My hair is tearing.
Insomnia blooming.

A lot of swearing,
and some crying.
Reminders blaring.

Submission's terrifying:
Always wondering,
References complying?

Plenty of pondering,
If I'm just blundering.
